Please note here any information you wish us to be aware of.
As the person who has made this in booking I confirm I have read and understood the below Glamping Guide information.
✨Glamping Guide ✨
Whether you have opted for a fully kitted out luxury tent or are going for the authentic camping experience our bell tents are designed with comfort in mind. To make sure you get the best from your glamping experience we’ve included some information below to help you enjoy your stay.
✨Before you set off.
It’s the UK, you’re sleeping outside, PLEASE pack suitable clothes and footwear. The toilets will be a short walk over grass which even on a sunny day will be wet overnight so please bring suitable waterproof footwear and warm clothes in case you need to make a nighttime dash.
Bedding is provided but if you have chosen to bring your own please don’t forget it, we don’t carry spare stock and would not want anyone to be cold. Please remember to bring a flat sheet to sleep on as well as a duvet and pillows.
Lights are provided for the tent but should not be removed, most venues have lighting to enable you to find your way around but if you do suffer from night blindness please remember to bring a torch, a head torch is best for handsfree ease!!
✨Snacks and Supplies.
We often are asked to set our bell tents up at remote locations so unless you are positive that the local amenities have the items you can’t live without please bring these with you. Favourite coffee, midnight snacks, warming tipple, breakfast items, and most importantly water!!
Check-in time for our bell tents is from 4 pm on the first day of your booking.
Please make your way to the glamping field as signposted, Your tent will have the name of the lead booking name on the outside. Please only go into and stay in the tent marked with your details.
If you have any issues with your tent on arrival please contact 07873 854525, Watsapp is the best way as we often have poor phone reception working at remote locations. We are not able to rectify problems after the event so please do inform us of any issues asap so we can rectify these for you.
Please remove outside shoes on entering the tents. You must not light, or allow to be lit, any fire, candle or another naked flame within or close to the Hired Items. Smoking of any kind including the use of vapes is strictly forbidden in our tents.
When not in use and overnight please make sure all air vents, windows and doors are zipped close to avoid any damage, especially from animals or the weather. All tent pegs must be left in situ as these tents need tension to be watertight so please do not remove any pegs.
✨Before you Depart.
Check-out time from our bell tents is 10.30 am on the last day of your booking.
Please make sure to take all belongings and rubbish (bins available at exit) with you when you leave your tent and leave all windows/ doors zipped closed.
If you have used any additional items such as additional firewood or coals from the venue please pay for these before leaving the site as this is not our service but that of the venue owner.
Please see below our t&c’s of use for our bell tents, Full terms of your booking can be found on our website via
