Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a REPS level 4 personal trainer with over 15 years of PT experience. I have a background of training within top-level teams and snowsports. As a biker, I have used the same training to benefit my biking massively.
With this in mind, I have set up a 1-hour fitness session based around the following aims specifically to help improve your time on your bike but will increase overall fitness for anyone taking part. The session will be tailored to the group’s ability and will focus on,
Mobility – Increase mobility, decrease injury risk.
Tone – Develop faster reactions even when fatigued.
Balance – Improve muscular endurance & recovery.
Sessions run on a Monday evening 7-8 pm
Spaces limited, Max Group size 8, booking essential.
£5 per session per person.
Please dress warmly as the session may be outdoors but always undercover.
