
BELL TENT PACKAGES
When booking your accommodation, please choose the host’s name to select your dates & celebration. All glamping bookings are reserved for the night before and the night of the event as standard.
FURNISHED TENTS
4 or 5-metre tents with raised beds, duvets, pillows, bed linen, and a throw.
We also include entrance doormats, rugs, fairy lights & bunting.
You have use of our camp kitchen, with tea & coffee making facilities & a small fridge. We have hot showers, a changing area, toilets and a boot/bike wash.
UN-FURNISHED TENTS
Just the tent, available in 4 or 5m, Bring your own bedding.
THE TENTS
All our Bell Tents are made of 100% natural cotton canvas by Soulpad the UK which means they are warm and cosy in colder weather, but breathable when it’s hot. The tents have zipped or fixed in groundsheets which means they are entirely secure against the weather. The groundsheets can be zipped off, and the sides rolled up on the 4m tents, allowing more air to circulate on those really hot days.
Security Deposit
A security damage deposit will be required before check-in this is £95 for 4m bell tents and £125 for all other accommodations. This is payable via card & you will receive an invoice via e-mail one week before your booking commencement date, we take a card pre-authorisation, and we will never charge your card without informing you first. Guests will not be allowed to use the accommodations until this deposit is paid, and this must be received before the commencement of your booking. (Check-In)
Deposits will never be processed without cause, and in the event of no damage, will be canceled within 48hours of checkout. The hirer is responsible for the safety and security of the tent from the date of arrival to the date of departure from the site and must leave the tent in the same condition as found, with all doors and windows shut, and all rubbish and personal items should be removed.
If accidental damage occurs, please report it immediately to one of the team. If we deem the damage to be malicious or due to excessive carelessness or it’s not reported before you check out, we will ask you to pay for the damage. The charge made will be no more than the cost of replacing the tent or the damaged item. If this charge is to exceed the value of the security deposit paid the client agrees to pay all costs incurred in repairing/replacing the equipment. Photo evidence will be sent alongside the bill for damages within 48hrs of departure. (Check-Out)
You may also wish to obtain travel insurance to cover you in case of any damages caused by yourselves during the hire period, and A charge will be made for damage and/or loss of the tent or any furnishings.
